Worcester Community Connections:
Worcester Community Connections (WCCC) is one of 22 coalitions across the state were created in 1993 with federal funding through the Family Preservation and Support Act to the MA Department of Children and Families as part of a statewide effort to build a continuum of family support services in neighborhoods across Massachusetts and decrease factors that lead to child abuse and mistreatment.
In 2008 our parent leaders came together to develop the WCCC Resource and Referral Center in response to repeated input from local families of the struggles that they face in locating and connecting with community resources.
In 2015 the WCCC Resource and Referral Center became the Worcester Connections Family Resource Center, expanding services to include families with children up to 18 years of age.
Y.O.U., Inc serves as a fiscal agent for WCCC
